Since 2005, the outpatient TCM treatment center has been affiliated with the TCM clinic as a private practice and, since 2016, has been housed within SINOCUR. SINOCUR is the new spa and prevention center that hosts not only the outpatient treatment center of the TCM Clinic Bad Kötzting, but also the spa and guest services of the town of Bad Kötzting, the IGM® Prevention Center with Kneipp training and teaching kitchen, as well as the conference and training center with lecture hall, seminar rooms, and gymnasium. It is located between the train station and the TCM Clinic Bad Kötzting.

The outpatient branch office can be found at the Hotel Sonnenhof in Lam.

The medical concept requires a high level of professional expertise and multidisciplinary collaboration among the team of doctors and therapists. In recognition of decades of research, teaching, and clinical treatment, the TCM Clinic Bad Kötzting was officially designated as a University Hospital at Beijing University of Chinese Medicine in 2010.
