Free Preliminary Assessment
We will review your medical records free of charge to determine whether our methods are suitable for you. Not every patient with a listed complaint can expect a successful treatment outcome. Potential treatment success depends on various factors, such as constitution, age, previously taken medications, etc. The decision to pursue outpatient TCM therapy will be made with the help of your preliminary findings. Health insurance companies do not cover the cost of this additional assessment. This examination will be charged according to the German Medical Fee Schedule (GOÄ), based on time and examination effort. You will receive a separate invoice for this, which should be paid after the appointment.
With private supplementary insurance, insured individuals may receive reimbursement for certain costs from their health insurance company. We recommend that you inquire with your insurance provider before starting therapy to find out which services are covered and to what extent. The billing of medical services will be done according to the German Medical Fee Schedule (GOÄ). Please note that reimbursement through private supplementary insurance is not guaranteed.
